No one knows what might happen next. Most especially these days, with this kind of situation the world has now. And so! Since Dada and I got some time to spend together outside the house, we took the chance. I just had my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Then, we headed to Bonifacio Global City. Fortunately, we ended up at Pink's! Yup, Pink's Hot Dogs, the legendary hotdog stand from Los Angeles! It was not my first time here, but Dada had not tried it yet, so I grabbed him in, and ta-da! :) We love hotdogs! However, we also know that the so-called American hotdogs are the superior of them all! A hotdog might seem like a simple meal, but that is one of the best and most suggested food to look forward to, especially when it comes from the United States of America. And so, when Pink's arrived here in Manila, everyone went gaga! The Hollywood hotdog chain pride, Pink's, has been a staple in the U.S. for being the most sought hotdogs, so its arrival in the PH was indeed genial :) Purposely or indirectly endorsed by the big stars, Pink's was then popularized because movie stars and locals alike super love the delicious hotdogs here. The brand is considered a classic. Legend already, to be honest. So when Pinoys knew that Pink's was coming here at the metro, plus knowing that this is the first-ever international franchise ever of the amazing hotdog chain, customers felt truly honored and excited. Hotdogs, burgers, sandwiches, and other classic American snacks are offered here. They say that the U.S. menu is way extensive compared to the one that we have in MNL. But! You also have to know that the menu selection here is interesting enough, truly luscious and satisfying, such comfort food that would make you wanna come back for more! Yes, yes, actually, Dada and I already have plans on coming back to try the other dishes! Can't wait! 💖 The pleasing array of choices on Pink's menu made it hard for me and Dada to choose our lunch. However, I ended up having the Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger. It was composed of 1/4 pound all-beef patty, crispy onion rings, and of course, the special barbecue sauce. This was my order during my first visit as well. And aAaHhhhh, this burger never gets old! Super loved it! Missed it so much! As for Dada, he had Breakfast All Day Dog -- a hotdog sandwich with bacon, fried egg, cheddar, crispy potatoes, grilled onions and peppers, plus hollandaise and ketchup. The hotdog, as expected, was amazing! It was one of a kind, you know? Imagine this simple hotdog turning into something that you would never forget. It was a hotdog, but not the typical one. We also had Cheesy Fries as our sides. Of course, the burger would be better with fries. While a hotdog sandwich could also be paired with this for a happier tummy. And lastly... Since Pink's would never be complete without its in-house Farmacy Ice Cream & Soda Fountain, we also had a scoop of vanilla ice cream! They only had three ice cream flavors, Vanilla; Chocolate; and Strawberry when we went, so we chose the most classic one. And boy, we fell for it so much! The handmade ice cream was just so great. It was thick, creamy, and tasty. As in. We did not expect this, but Dada and I had a super great lunch -- thanks to Pink's Manila! 💖 Aside from the incredibly delish food, the interiors got me too! The place looks like a diner, but a posh diner. The neon lights with Burgers, Chili Dogs, French Fries words? It really shouts the U.S.A. vibes for me. Seeing the meals being prepared in the open kitchen also sends food truck-ish feels. The wall of fame as well, super American. And yes, Pink's even has its own walk of fame in the BGC Shangri-La branch. The names imprinted in the stars are the owners of Pink's, just so you know. Then... When people said that Pink's gives off a sports bar-meets-picnic style dining area, I also agree with that. There is a basketball ring on the side. It also plays sports on the television. Sneakers are around the area too. While the picnic-y thingy because of the tables and chairs. Yasss, the setup is just so cozy at Pink's. Moreover... The restaurant also reminds me of BTS' Butterful Getaway video because of the soft lights and kombi van with retro stickers of Farmacy. Plus, the Spring Day music video because of the hanging shoes as buntings. I know, the ARMY in me was highlighted again! But it really gave me those feels. Additional points yun. Haha! But see? The outlet is lowkey casual. But! Appealing. Really could think of Pink's if you would ask me about a good place with great ambiance and friendly staff. I would not be embarrassed to personally recommend this place. Got you at Pink's, I swear! 💖 Pink's Manila Ground Floor, Shangri-la, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig https://www.facebook.com/pinksmanila/
