And poof, just like that... The world is now down to the twelve out of twelve month of 2020! Cliché, I know, but really though -- time flies sooo fast! Feels like it was just last month when the lockdown happened. And now, here we are! Kinda surreal with this year's pacing. I have lots to say about my twenty-twenty days, but I would be saving them up for the Feels and Goals posts. For now, let me just share my most favorite type of clothing this year. Which is? The so-called puff or puffy sleeves! If you must browse this, my exclusive online diary, you would probably see me wearing different kinds of puff sleeves, particularly this year. Because like what I said, this is my most (like... most, most, most, most, most) fave kind of clothing this 2020! It just started with the baby pink puffy top, but with t-shirt sleeves kinda cut. Then followed by the light yellow bell-sleeved blouse. When I saw that poofy sleeves fit me, as if it belonged to my being, I also bought long kinds of puffy sleeves in the rustic-colored top and floral-print dress even if I would just wear them at home. And as you can see in my previous post -- the black polka-dotted long sleeves, the white lacey butterfly-sleeved top, and the ruched eyelet with pop-y sleeves -- yes, there are more to this little puff collection! And who knows? Maybe even more to go! Lol. But yeah, most probs :)))) Like this year, in just one big poof, I suddenly became a puffy-sleeved girl! I am so into this type of fit, I swear! Especially the puff-sleeved dress! I never thought there would be this kind of OOTD where comfort, style, and class could meet. I super love it because I do not need to wear much. Hashtag simplicity is beauty. And not enough skin is seen, but still looks so good! Knowing me, I am that "cover girl". So true: puffs has totally leveled up my OOTD gaming a notch hiiiiigher! If you are looking for the poop, okay. This is honesty hour anyway. I must really say that I still cannot get enough of puffy sleeves. It is already December and trends will change soon, but I still want to add more of these garbs to my closet! Yasss, puff-sleeved attires have become my comfort outfit already. With my style -- vintage, boho chic with a modern girly girl vibe -- puffy clothes are really my staple! This is why I super see myself wearing this, these all-year-round again for 2021 to r-o-i my buys. Seems funny, but true! Because aside from the return of investment, of course, I would love to catwalk these cuties outside, too, and not just here at home. Yes, the poofy-oofy-sleeves trend is here to stay! At least for me. These classic vetements are my aesthetics, eh. More importantly, this puffy-sleeve fashion statement would be my reminder about the gos, pauses, and stops of my 2019 to 2020 life. All those risks, setbacks, resiliency, and accountability combined, too. As well as, you know, to just keep going and to do things one at a time... I know talking about the future could jinx stuff, but I believe that these inspiring pieces are a good help as I grief my past self while becoming someone new. Plus! I wanna believe that these big sleeves are metaphors that I can handle everything life would throw at my shoulders... Kaya! Kayang-kaya 💖
